Villa Filip was built in 2012. It's made of stone from Brač in old Dalmatian style. This holiday home is a remarkable blend of tradition and modern comfort and has everything you need for rest and relaxation.

In the basement of the Villa there is a wellness and indoor spa pool for three persons, infrared sauna with chromo-therapy effect and multifunctional equipment for trainig. If you want to relax with a glass of the best Croatian wines you will find a wine shop with very interesting content.

In the second part of the ground floor there is a dining room and a kitchen which is fully encircled by large glass walls go to the terrace and a spacious garden where is a barbecue.
The house has a lawn with lavender, rosemary, lemon, orange and palm trees, while the central part of the terrace occupies a great illuminated pool with outdoor shower, comfortable furniture where you can enjoy reading, or watching the stars, planets and the island of high-quality telescope with a glass of wine or champagne. Below the terrace there  are olive trees, various plants and greenery.
